Join us for our “Elevate Your Introduction: Craft Your Memorable Pitch Workshop”!
You’ll be able to meet other prospective members, chat with our Recruitment Team, learn about JLSF and participate in the workshop with active JLSF members!

We will meet at 6pm in the foyer of our JLSF Headquarters (2226A Fillmore Street) to chat before the event starts at 6:30pm! You will meet with a few members of our team to chat about joining JLSF and then continue onto sit together at the event upstairs at our HQ. 

Only register for this event if you are a prospective member. Please note that we have an elevator at our HQ for accessibility. 

 
A bit about the event itself:
Join us for an interactive session aimed at transforming the way you introduce yourself, with our facilitator Maria DeSalvo. We will provide worksheets to help you craft your personal “pitch,” “elevator pitch,” or “personal story.”

Whether you’re mingling at a networking event, meeting new colleagues, or pitching new ideas, mastering a succinct and attention-grabbing introduction is crucial. Through insightful discussions, practical exercises, and collaborative practice sessions, our workshop will equip you with the skills and confidence to craft a compelling 5-minute pitch. Learn the significance of a concise introduction and receive insider tips on making your introduction truly unforgettable.

Maria DeSalvo is an active JLSF member serving on the Fundraising Committee. She is a former personal brand coach who leveraged her expertise in shaping the identities of creatives and entrepreneurs to guide individuals in crafting their own unique brands. Her successful transition into the real estate sector highlights her skill in personal branding, demonstrating her philosophy of being valued for who she is, not just her professional role.
