The Councils and Chairs of JLSF are responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of the League and they implement the strategic initiatives developed by the Board of Directors while aligning their work across teams, optimizing collaboration and efficiencies, and keeping the board updated regularly on current operations and processes. They ensure that the activities continue to reflect the mission and focus area of the JLSF by providing recommendations and goals to the Board. Councils report directly to the Executive Vice-President.
