Are you free on for a few hours the morning of Saturday, May 2nd? Join the Junior League of San Francisco on Saturday morning to help out at St. Anthony’s. As a volunteer, you will help sort and organize clothing donations to be used in their Free Clothing Program. St. Anthony’s runs San Francisco’s largest free clothing program, providing new and gently-used clothing to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and poverty. Their clothing includes casual wear, warm clothes, business attire, and children’s clothing, and is always distributed free of cost to recipients.
Dress Code: Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing suitable for an active work environment and close-toed shoes. Volunteers CANNOT wear open-toed shoes, heeled shoes, shorts/skirts/dresses or shirts without sleeves.
If you’re unable to attend, please be sure to unregister for the event as we want to avoid no-shows. We kindly ask that you refrain from canceling within 24 hours if possible. Please be mindful of your commitment.
