That’s why every donation matters to the Junior League of San Francisco. When you donate to the Junior League of San Francisco, you’re helping us empower local women to create positive, lasting societal change in San Francisco.
The Junior League of San Francisco, Inc. Annual Fund provides an opportunity for our members to directly support the mission of our League through generous donations. The Annual Fund provides unrestricted financial resources for the Junior League of San Francisco (JLSF). With each donation to the Annual Fund you are:
- Supporting JLSF community programs
- Enabling the JSF to recruit and retain members
- Offering training and leadership opportunities to JLSF members
- Providing essential support for the operations of JLSF and JLSF HQ
- Committing to the future of our organization
Thank you for your gift to the Junior League of San Francisco in recognition of the accomplishments or passing of a special League member.
All contributions to this fund will be recognized in the annual plan as gifts “In Honor of member name” or “In memory of member name”, and will be spent each year by the board in a way they believe will honor the legacies of those recognized. Donations and resulting gifts to the League will be announced each year at the May Annual Meeting.

The JLSF Endowment Fund was established in 1992. Designed to be self-sustaining, the Endowment Fund ensures long term, stable financing to support the JLSF and community programs in the years ahead.
The Endowment Fund enables us to turn each dollar into many dollars. All donations to the Endowment Fund are permanently restricted. Your contribution becomes principal that is never spent on projects, but rather is invested to create interest income; only income generated by these investments will be used to support the JLSF mission.
JLSF accepts in-kind donations – non-monetary contributions of goods or services that support our mission. This can include items such as food, equipment, supplies and/or professional services.
These donations are invaluable to us, as they help reduce our operational expenses, allowing more funds to be directed towards our primary programs and services. These contributions also engage individuals and businesses in a meaningful way, fostering a sense of community and direct involvement in our cause.

Corporate Matching Gifts
An easy way to double your contribution is through employee giving programs. Many corporations match employee donations to our organization and/or your membership fees.
If you volunteer with us, your employer may also provide us with a grant as a way to recognize your ongoing support.
